We had an amazing with Olivia reorganizing our kitchen, liquor cabinet/bar storage, master closet and guest bathroom areas of our home. She is truly a professional from start to finish. Communication was absolutely fabulous. She listened to all my wants/needs (definitely wanted Marie Kondo and nice, non-plastic items) and made those containers work so fabulously. I opened our closets and really felt her style is magazine worthy. She is very quiet when she works, is not on her phone checking social media, comes prepared with all her supplies and cleaning supplies, has a check list she works off of and checks it thrice, completely understood and worked with, not around, my desire to be clutter free, labeled everything appropriately and rarely asked any questions b/c she took such great notes during the initial consult. The price is worth every penny. For my mental health, knowing where everything is now, discarding/donating/gifting duplicate items felt amazing and having everything in its right place feels SO good and it saves time! She worked with the organizers I had and replaced the not so nice looking ones or broken ones with great, sturdy product meant to last a long time. I love the look of everything and so does my partner, who is very pleased with the results and is considering having her help him organize his studio/office space. We are hiring her back for a HUGE attic project plus an archival project for my vintage collection, a collection I let anyone rarely touch I might add, since I trust her with those items. She handles your items with great care and is understanding of the items you have with no judgement. She is budget friendly, doesn't smoke ( a huge plus for me!), courteous of your home (doesn't wear shoes in your home and brings her own food/water though I tried to feed her!) and most importantly, has brilliant storage and display ideas!

When dealing with the aftermath of a hurricane, the comfort provided by an extra set of hands to help gather, organize and carefully pack what remains undamaged from a home that was flooded with water can not be overstated. it's delicate, it gets emotional and overwhelming immediately, especially when it's the home of your parents who are in their 80's. if your parents are like mine their home is filled with priceless little treasures gathered through a lifetime and it's quite a lot of memories. it did not occur to me to look for a professional organizer. I had incorrectly thought that having help would mean something impersonal and I was concerned that it would mean that those items needing to be saved wouldn't be handled with care. My brother wanted to help with our parents too but lives many states away and couldn't be there. So he started to look on-line. His search for help to assist us couldn't have yielded a more perfect result. That is how we discovered Olivia. Her personal, considerate and professional assistance has given us so much more than simply the extra set of hands. It added someone that my mother could trust with her cherished belongings and memories. In the wake of having lost most of what was in the house, Olivia and her calm confident methods paired with an impressive work ethic gave my parents confidence and allowed them to see the task in front of them as possible, instead of simply overwhelming. everything packed with care is great, but the customer service Olivia provides is comforting and friendly. Olivia aquired supplies, showed up early and didn't waste a minute. By the end of day 2, my mom was asking Olivia to call her when she got home, something I've only heard her request from her children and those she holds dear. I truly cannot recommend the service more, it has been a stress relief, a huge time saver and I believe a life saver for my dear parents trying to digest the loss of a beautiful home. We knew we needed help to pack and organize, and Olivia is 100% a pro. What she really gave us was sorely needed hope. Through her style of customer service, her friendly demeanor, work ethic, and know how, she made a horrible situation manageable and even enjoyable at times, as we all found ourselves laughing and enjoying each other's company in the middle of a disaster zone.
