Scheduling & Expectations

What to Expect on Project Day

We’re excited to help you with your project! Here’s what to expect when our team arrives:

  • Sessions typically begin between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
  • You are welcome to be home during the session or not—whichever is more comfortable for you.
  • If you would like help decluttering and deciding what to keep, toss, or donate, we ask you are present for that part of the process.
  • We typically work in 5-6 hours sessions.
  • Once the project is completed, a team member will do a walkthrough of the space with you if you are present to ensure your satisfaction with the results.

Services Include

Donation Assistance

We’ll make donating easy for you – we’ll load up the items you’re ready to give away and deliver them to a nearby donation center.

Product Selection

We do all the shopping (if needed) for all products and supplies so you don’t have to.

Pre-Project Planning & Research

We plan every project with our team to identify the most efficient way to organize your spaces.

Phone and Email Support

Have questions that need to be answered? Our team will answer each and every question you have before, during, and even after your project.

No Travel Fees

Any project within 60 miles roundtrip from New Orleans will not include travel expenses.
